Aishling Guest House Rooms

Ashline House Guesthouse is located in a peaceful old Victorian suburb of Dublin City within a few minutes drive of Dublin City Centre. The Guesthouse, Bed and Breakfast has been beautifully restored and the accommodation has been recently extensively refurbished to a high standard. All accommodation bedrooms have en–suite facilities, colour televisions, direct dial telephones and coffee/tea facilities. As well as beautifully decorated double rooms and twin rooms, the bed & breakfast has a number of accommodation family rooms containing a double bed with additional one, two and in a limited number of cases even three extra single beds. Most accommodation rooms are of large proportions and would be extremely comfortable for a family lodging or for group accommodation.

Aishling House is ideally located to be close to all of Dublin City Centre amenities. The property is situated just north of the mouth of the River Liffey in a tree lined exclusive old Victorian residential neighbourhood. Just less than 10 minutes by frequent service bus (runs every 6–8 minutes) from O'Connell Street.

Aishling House is by the sea in Clontarf, a fabulous 3k walk along the promenade to Bull Island Beach, Royal Dublin Golf course and its world renown Bird sanctuary. Fabulous views of Howth head and the entrance to Dublin Port. Round the corner from Aishling House is West Wood Leisure complex with its 50 m Olympic size swimming pool, sauna's, bars & restaurants, plus of course the Bram Stoker Dracula experience, Castle Dracula in Clontarf (Bram Stoker birth place is opposite to the site of the Dracula experience).

Also just around the corner is Clontarf Castle Hotel, with its Bistro restaurant and bars, large fireplaces, suits of armour, high ceilings etc. At the bottom of St. Lawrence road is the 'Yacht' public house, serving buffet type lunches and pub food all day and evenings. Also we have at the bottom of the road an Italian Restaurant 'Casa Pasta' and an Indian Restaurant both open for lunch and evening meals.

The historic old Casino at Marino is very close to Aishling House. Within a few kilo's radius of us there are numerous golf courses. Clontarf Golf course is around the corner, Royal Dublin & St. Ann's is on Bull Island. Port Marnock, Deer park, the Island, Malahide etc., and numerous more are all within a short distance from us. There are a number of parks close at hand including St. Annes Park with its famous Rose gardens and the Botanic Gardens at Glasnevin.
